The Start-Up Academy is a consultancy academy. We help local UK businesses grow with better systems, lead funnels and a stronger online presence, and we develop the people who deliver it.
Businesses rarely fail for a lack of skill. They fail for a lack of systems. A brilliant tradesperson with no reliable way to capture, follow up and convert enquiries loses, every time, to an average one who has that engine running.

The Start-Up Academy was founded by Jordan. He came up through the construction industry and learned how businesses really run from the inside, leading teams of more than forty engineers and delivering projects nationwide before moving into business growth full time.
That mix of operational grit and formal business training is the foundation the Academy is built on. We do not theorise about what works. We have run it.
