If you ever want to move on, you take everything with you. One £250 fee, all your code handed over, yours to host anywhere. Here is exactly how it works, in plain English.
The handover fee
Leaving costs a one-off £250 handover and code-release fee. It is invoiced through Stripe and is non-refundable. Once it is paid, we release your full website code to you — this is the single, clean way to exit, not a penalty.
What you receive
A zip of your finished website exactly as it was live — every page, image, style and script. It is a self-contained static site with no logins or accounts required. You can open index.html locally to preview it before you host it.
Hosting & your domain from here
After handover you are responsible for hosting the site and for your own domain going forward. The code runs on any static host — Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages or your own server. Point your domain at your new host and you are live again.
Our branding
The site was built and credited by us. On taking it over, please remove our branding and any agency mentions. The work, and the right to run it yourself, is yours.
Support ends at handover
The £250 covers the code release, not ongoing work. Once we have handed over, there is no further support, updates, hosting or monthly care from us — those stop with your subscription.
Your subscription
When the handover fee is confirmed we cancel your monthly care plan so you are not billed again. Your site stays online briefly while you move it; we take our hosted copy down shortly after.
To start a handover, just let us know — we'll raise the £250 invoice, and once it's paid we'll send your code and cancel your plan. No notice period, no haggling.
