What you pay
A one-off £500 build fee, paid only after you have seen the finished site and said yes. Then £50 a month for hosting, unlimited updates and your monthly audit. No deposit, no estimates, no tiers. The same price for every customer.
When the site goes live
Once the build fee and the first monthly payment are confirmed in Stripe, we register your domain and the site is live within 24 hours.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. A one-off £250 closing fee applies. We transfer the domain to you and hand over all the code files, so the site is yours to take anywhere. This is the only way to leave, and it is a clean exit, not a penalty.
If a payment fails
We hold the site for a 7-day grace period. If payment is not sorted in that window, the site goes inactive on your dashboard until it is.
Refunds
There is no refund or chargeback window, because you saw the entire finished product before paying. We would much rather you said no on the call than backed out after we have gone live. That is the deal, and it is the same for everyone.
Who owns the domain
We register and manage your domain as part of the monthly subscription. While you are a customer you never have to think about it. If you cancel, ownership transfers to you as part of the closing fee.
Because nobody wants to commit to a website they have not seen. We take the risk, you take the decision. We use only public information, your name, your published photos, your reviews. Nothing private. If you say no, we delete it and you will never hear from us again.
