Good businesses don't lose on skill.
They lose on systems.

Hi, I'm Jordan. I run The Start-Up Academy. Here's why.

Jordan, founder of The Start-Up Academy

01Background

I came up through construction. I learned how businesses really run from the inside, leading teams of more than forty engineers and delivering projects nationwide before I moved into business growth full time.

Alongside the work I put eight years into studying it properly, earning two degrees, in Construction Management and International Business, with first-class honours. I have built my own businesses since, and the pattern I kept seeing was always the same.

The businesses that win aren't the ones with the best skill. They're the ones with the best systems. The operator who captures every enquiry, follows up fast and looks credible online beats the more talented one who does none of that, every single time. So I built TSA to give local businesses that engine, and to build a team of people who grow by delivering it.

02Why TSA

We build the systems

Not just a website. The whole engine: online presence, lead funnels and follow-up, the systems that turn interest into booked, paying work and keep it coming.

We grow the business

Strategy and growth backed by real international business experience, so owners make the decisions that move things forward instead of just keeping the lights on.

We build people

TSA is an academy. We train and develop our team, set clear targets with attainable rewards, promote from within, and give back to the people who build it with us.

03What I want from you

If you're reading this because you're thinking about joining us, three things I want you to know up front.

01

I’m not the boss who shouts from a corner office

I built this from the ground up and I am in it every day. If you are stuck, you can reach me directly. I read every message.

02

I’m still learning too

Anyone who tells you they have it all figured out is lying. I lean on the team to tell me what is broken, and we change it when they do. That is how this whole thing keeps getting better.

03

I want you to outgrow your role

The people who join us should not stay where they start. The whole point of an academy is that you climb it. If you are not growing, that is on us to fix, and I want to know about it.

04What you get from me

Three commitments I'll keep regardless of how big or small the team gets.

01

I’ll back you

Proper training, mentorship and the systems to do the job well. You are set up to win, not thrown in to sink.

02

I’ll be straight with you

No fine print, no games. You will always know where you stand and why. If something changes, you hear it from me, with the reason.

03

I’ll share the wins

We grow as a collective. When the people who build this win, they share in it. Giving back to the team is not a perk here, it is the point.
